I usually assume shipping is going to be the part that bumps up the total, but this time it was actually cheap. Definitely a nice surprise

I don’t know why it feels like such a big ask these days for an online order to just be easy and show up properly, but Lily’s Vegan Pantry actually came through. Ordering was simple, my stuff arrived fine, and I was happy with everything I got. No drama, no chasing anything down, no annoying surprises. I’d definitely buy from them again

My order did show up on time, which I appreciated, but the packaging was a little disappointing. The box felt flimsy, and one of the items inside was slightly squished. Thankfully nothing was completely damaged, but it didn’t really feel like it was packed with much care. If you’re ordering, I’d maybe keep an eye on the condition when it arrives, especially if the items are easy to bend or crush. For the price, I was expecting a bit more attention to the packaging...

I tried a few of their meat substitutes the flavor was fine, but the texture threw me off. It was kind of chewy in a weird way and not something I’d want to eat again. I feel a little stupid for trusting the hype because I really expected better.

I had a little mix-up with my order because one item was missing from the box. I emailed them about it, i was expecting it to take forever to get sorted, because that’s usually how these things go, isn’t it?

To be fair, they replied the next day and sent the missing item out without making it awkward or turning it into a whole back-and-forth. I really appreciated that, because mistakes happen, right?

Well... everything showed up just as I ordered it. The only thing I noticed was that one label looked a little off, but other than that, everything was right.

My frozen items showed up still cold and packed well with ice packs, so that was a relief. Nothing was leaking or halfway thawed, which I had been a little worried about. Overall, I’m happy with the order and would buy frozen stuff from them again. I just wish the instructions or delivery info were a bit clearer so I knew more of what to expect

I was actually happy with the prices at Lily’s Vegan Pantry. Compared to a lot of other vegan stores where the same kind of stuff can get pricey fast, this felt much more reasonable. The portions and quality made sense for what I paid, so I didn’t feel like I was overpaying. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazing but no complaints. I’d probably order again when I need to restock.

I thought the food was just kind of okay overall. A couple of the items actually tasted good, so it’s not like I had a bad experience or anything, but there were also a few things that felt a little bland to me. Like, they weren’t terrible, they just didn’t have as much flavor as I was hoping for. I kept feeling like maybe they needed a bit more seasoning or sauce or something to make them stand out. So overall, it was fine, just not especially memorable for me.

A couple of the items also weren’t really my thing, though nothing was actually bad. For the price, I don’t think I’d rush to order again unless there was a decent sale
